Wheel weighing / checking system intent to do weighing of the wagon wheel, by lifting the each. wheel with the help of hydraulic cylinder placed below each side of wheel. The system consisting of two cylinder and hand pump unit and instal electronic unit The cylinder pressure is measured by the pressure transducer, mounted in common to the both the cylinders.
The handpump can generate pressure up to 800 bar which can easily lift the wheel load of the wagon/coach. To measure the right weighing we need to keep the lifting height as minimum to make sure the load does not share due to change in the height. To ensure the same we have made height measuring gauge to know height how much we have lifted.
The total system is capable of measuring and printing the wheel weight with the help of 2inch thermal printer. The system is power backed and must in built battery to have true portable weighing system.
